1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website and the services of Ullibhadra Helping Hands Society, Ullibhadra, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Membership & Contributions

Membership is voluntary. Members agree to make monthly contributions as recorded by the trust. Contributions are non-refundable and are used exclusively for the trust's welfare objectives.

3. Donations

Donations made to the trust are voluntary and non-refundable. A receipt will be issued for every donation received.

4. Use of Funds

All funds are used strictly for the charitable objectives of the trust. The executive committee is responsible for approving and disbursing financial assistance in a transparent manner.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for accuracy, the trust is not liable for any inadvertent errors in published information. Financial statements presented at the Annual General Meeting are the authoritative record.
